Evidence from your pages
Every finding quotes the page it comes from.
Cross-page checks
Prices, limits and claims compared across pages.
Technical checks
Ten measurements made by code, not opinion.
A prioritized fix list
Ranked by severity, with the effort for each fix.
Before you advertise
Before you spend money on traffic, check your website.
You can have a great product and a marketing budget, but if your website is confusing, unfinished or hard to trust, visitors leave without taking action. Every ad click, post and email you send lands on these pages. Find the problems before your campaign goes live.
We can't promise more sales or better ad results; nobody honestly can. We show you what is likely to stop visitors, so you can fix it first.

Who it's for
For anyone about to send people to a website.
Startup founders
Check your new site before launch day, the press post or the first sales call.
Vibe coders and AI builders
Built it with AI tools? See what a stranger thinks of what you shipped.
Indie hackers
Get a second pair of eyes on your landing page before you post it anywhere.
SaaS founders
Make sure your product, pricing and sign-up path are clear before you pay for users.
Developers
Review a site before you hand it to a client, and fix the obvious problems first.
Agencies and freelancers
Run a check before handover and send the client a report on what's ready.
Small business owners
Make sure your services, contact details and policies are easy to find.
E-commerce stores
Check products, prices, delivery and returns before your next campaign. Shopify included.
Marketing teams
Check landing pages for clear offers and working calls to action before ads go live.
The problem
You stop seeing your own site the way a stranger does.
You know what the product does, so you don't notice the homepage never says. You changed the price last month, so you don't notice the FAQ still shows the old one. Visitors notice, and most simply leave.
How it works
From your web address to a prioritized report.
- Step 1
Submit your website
Enter your website address. You can add what it does, who it's for and its main goal, plus a second public page to compare, such as an ad landing page.
- Step 2
We read your public pages
Our crawler visits your homepage and up to nine more public pages, at phone and desktop widths, and captures their text and screenshots.
- Step 3
Findings are checked against evidence
Automated checks measure the technical basics. An AI model reviews the content for your kind of site, and every finding it makes must quote your pages. Findings without evidence are removed.
- Step 4
You get a prioritized report
Your score, a short verdict and the three most important findings are free. The full report lists every finding with evidence and a recommendation.
- Step 5
Fix and scan again
Each paid report includes one re-scan of the same site, so you can see which findings are resolved and how your score changed.
Who does what: code runs the technical checks and calculates the score. An AI model from Anthropic writes the review from the captured pages. With the human-reviewed report, Adeoje Afeez checks and edits it personally before delivery. More about how we work
The report
Seven questions, answered for your site.
Section 1
Is the value clear within seconds?
We read your first screen on a phone and a laptop the way a new visitor would. Can they tell what you offer, who it is for and why they should care before they scroll?
Section 2
Does the site explain the problem it solves?
We check whether you describe your visitor's problem or need in their own words before you list features or services.
Section 3
Is the pricing or offer clear and consistent?
Plans, packages, limits, extra charges and trials, and whether they match on every page. A site with no paid offer, like a portfolio, is marked as not applicable rather than penalized.
Section 4
What could stop someone from taking action?
Whether that's buying, signing up, booking or getting in touch: missing policies, unanswered questions, dead ends and anything that looks unfinished.
Section 5
What would build more trust?
Proof, business details, policies and calls to action that match your goal. Specific changes ranked by severity and effort, each tied to its page.
Section 6
Copy and design problems
Unclear sentences, terms that change from page to page, layouts that break on mobile and buttons that don't say what they do.
Section 7
The bottom line
A short summary: is the site ready for visitors, or for paid traffic, today? And what should you fix first?
Cross-checking
What speed and SEO tools don't catch.
Websites drift over time. The pricing page gets updated but the ad landing page doesn't, and the FAQ still shows last year's offer. We collect every price, limit, trial, plan name and numerical claim from each page and compare them. A contradiction about prices or limits is always marked Critical.

The finding this produces
Your ad landing page and pricing page promise different free trials
- Why it matters
- Someone who clicks your ad and then checks your pricing sees two different offers. They assume the less generous one is true, or stop trusting the rest.
- Recommendation
- Decide the real trial length, then use the same sentence on the landing page, the pricing page and in the ad itself before the campaign runs.
Measured by code
The checks that need no opinion.
HTTPS and redirects
Whether every page loads over HTTPS, and whether http:// addresses redirect to https://.
Mobile layout
Whether pages are set up for phones and fit a 390-pixel screen without scrolling sideways.
Broken links and images
Links and images that return errors, kept separate from ones we simply couldn't reach.
Browser errors
JavaScript errors your pages produce while they load.
Page weight
How much each page downloads. Load times are shown for context only, since they vary from one visit to the next.
Titles and descriptions
Missing or duplicated page titles and meta descriptions.
Image alt text
Visible images with no text description for screen readers.
Policy pages
Whether the policies your kind of site needs are linked: privacy for every site, terms when you sell, and shipping and returns for stores.
Analytics and pixels
Which tracking tags are installed, and whether each one sends a page-view request while we load the page. We don't test your conversion events.
Favicon and 404 page
Whether the site has an icon, and whether missing pages return a proper 404 error.

Your website and your data
What happens when you submit a site.
What we read
- Your homepage and up to nine more public pages on the same site.
- One optional second address you choose, such as a landing page or marketplace listing.
- Page text, links, meta tags and screenshots at phone and desktop widths.
What we never do
- Ask for passwords or sign in to your site, store or admin.
- Submit forms, add items to a cart or place orders.
- Visit private network addresses or pages your robots.txt blocks.
What happens to the data
- Page text and screenshots are sent to Anthropic's AI model to write the review.
- Your report is private: only people with its link, or your account, can open it.
- You can delete a report, or your whole account, at any time.
What we can't review: pages behind a login (such as admin areas and dashboards), checkout steps that need a real order, private customer data and emails sent after signup. Every report lists what was left out.

Questions
Common questions.
Have a question that isn't answered here? Email support@webqualityassurance.com.
What kinds of websites can I check?
Any public website: SaaS and startup sites, landing pages, sites built with AI tools, online stores (Shopify included), portfolios, agency client sites and local business sites. The review first works out what kind of site it is and what it wants visitors to do, then only judges what that kind of site needs. A portfolio isn't marked down for having no pricing page.
Should I run it before I start advertising?
That's one of the best times. Ads send people straight to your pages, so unclear messaging, broken links, a hidden sign-up button or an offer that differs between pages cost you on every click. A free scan shows your score and the three most important problems in a few minutes. Fixing them can't guarantee your campaign works, but it removes reasons for visitors to leave.
What does the scan look at?
Your homepage and up to nine more public pages, chosen by type: pricing, features or product, services or portfolio, about, FAQ, contact, your policies, one help or blog page, and the cart if it is public. If you add a second address, such as an ad landing page or a marketplace listing, we compare the two. Every page is captured at phone and desktop widths.
Who writes the review: a person or AI?
The free scan and the full report are written by an AI model from Anthropic, working only from what our crawler captured. Every finding must quote the page it comes from, and findings that can't be matched to the captured text are removed. The technical checks and the score are calculated by code, not by the AI. With the human-reviewed report, Adeoje Afeez, who runs Web Quality Assurance, reads and edits the report personally before it is delivered.
Will the crawler log in, fill in forms or place orders?
No. It only reads public pages. It never asks for passwords, never submits forms and never starts a checkout. It identifies itself as WebQABot and follows your robots.txt.
How long does a scan take?
Usually 2 to 10 minutes, depending on how many pages your site has and how quickly they load. The progress page shows each stage as it finishes, and you can close it and come back using your private link.
What can't it review?
Anything behind a login, such as admin areas, dashboards and members' pages; checkout steps that need a real order; and emails you send after someone signs up. Every report lists what was not reviewed.
Why does the score sometimes change between scans of the same site?
A rescan starts from the previous review of the same address. Findings whose evidence is still on your pages are kept at the same severity, findings you fixed are removed, and new findings are added only for real changes or clear misses. So the score moves when your pages change. Small differences can still happen when a page changes in ways that affect a finding, or when a finding was based on a screenshot.
Will fixing everything increase my sales?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The report points out problems that commonly stop people from trusting a site or buying. Results depend on your product, your price and your traffic.
Can I scan again after making changes?
Yes. The full report and the human-reviewed report each include one re-scan of the same site. It shows how your score changed and which findings are resolved. You'll need to sign in with your email to use it.
What if I'm not happy with a paid report?
We refund in full if the scan failed, if the report says something about your pages that isn't on them, or if a human-reviewed report arrives later than 3 business days after payment. Email us with your report link; we approve it and Paddle returns the payment to your original payment method.
