About
A careful second look at your website, before your customers take the first.
Why it exists
When you build a website, you stop seeing it the way a stranger does. You know what the product does, so you don't notice that the homepage never says. You changed the price last month, so you don't notice the FAQ still shows the old one.
Visitors notice. Most won't tell you; they simply leave. Speed and SEO tools won't catch these problems either, because they don't read what your pages say. We do: we read your site as a first-time customer would, compare what each page claims, and show you what to fix first.
Who it's for
- Shopify app founders
- Check that your website and App Store listing describe the same product, plans and limits.
- Online store owners
- Find the gaps in policies, pricing and trust that make first-time visitors leave.
- Dropshipping stores
- See which missing details make a new store look risky to someone who has never heard of it.
- Anyone launching a website
- Get a second pair of eyes on your messaging before real customers arrive.
How a review works
Submit your website
Enter your website address. You can add a second page to compare, such as your Shopify App Store listing, and a line about your product.
We read your public pages
Our crawler visits your homepage and up to nine more public pages, at phone and desktop widths, and captures their text and screenshots.
Findings are checked against evidence
Automated checks measure the technical basics. An AI model reviews the content, and every finding it makes must quote your pages. Findings without evidence are removed.
You get a prioritized report
Your score, a short verdict and the three most important findings are free. The full report lists every finding with evidence and a recommendation.
Fix and scan again
Each paid report includes one re-scan of the same site, so you can see which findings are resolved and how your score changed.
Who does what
We're open about which parts are automated.
Code
Our crawler captures your pages. Code runs the technical checks, compares prices and limits across pages, and calculates the score from the findings. The same findings always produce the same score.
AI model
An AI model from Anthropic reads the captured text and screenshots and writes the review. It must quote your pages for every finding; quotes that can't be found on the page are removed before you see the report.
A person (human-reviewed reports)
A reviewer checks each finding against your pages, corrects or removes weak ones, adjusts severities and rewrites unclear recommendations before the report is delivered.
What to expect
- A free scan usually takes 2 to 10 minutes. You can close the page and come back using your private link.
- Your report is an informed opinion based on the pages we could read when the scan ran. It is not a guarantee of sales.
- We can't see pages behind a login (including your Shopify admin), checkout steps that need a real order, private customer data or emails sent after signup. Each report lists what was left out.
- Results from the AI review can vary a little between scans, so focus on the findings rather than small changes in the score.
- If a paid scan fails, or the report says something that isn't on your pages, we refund you in full. See the refund policy.
