How we work
Terms of service
The service
Web Quality Assurance reviews the public pages of a website and produces a written report with a score. Reports are written by an AI model from what our crawler captured. With a human-reviewed report, a person checks and edits the report before delivery, within 3 business days of payment.
What a report is, and isn't
A report is a point-in-time opinion based on the pages we could read when the scan ran. It is not a guarantee of sales, conversions, search rankings or app store approval. It may miss things, and pages may change after the scan.
Acceptable use
- Scan sites you own, work on, or have a legitimate reason to evaluate.
- Don't use Web Quality Assurance to overload, probe or attack a site.
- Don't try to get around scan limits or access other people's reports.
Accounts
Your first scan needs no account. For further scans and re-scans, you sign in with a link sent to your email, which also confirms the address. Keep access to that inbox secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and provides customer service for payment questions and returns. Prices are shown before you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment; nothing renews. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your content and ours
You own the reports you buy and can share them as you like. We own the Web Quality Assurance software, design and review method.
Who you are dealing with

Liability
We provide reports with care, but as an opinion based on the pages we could read, without any guarantee that they are complete or that acting on them will produce any result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report or plan the claim relates to, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly that way. If we can't resolve it, the courts of Osun State, Nigeria have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
